USAGE AREAS:

It is used as a rough plaster to contribute to sound and heat insulation in interior spaces.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

The application surface should be clean, free from dust and oil, solid and moist. The cracks and holes must be repaired before the application. The surface should be smooth. The surface must be dampened before the application and saturated with water in very hot and windy weather. Bright surfaces such as exposed concrete and surfaces with high water absorption should be primed with GROSS CONCRETE PRIMER at least 24 hours before the application.

An average of 12.5-13.5 liters of water should be added to a 16 kg bag of Perlite Interior Plaster, mixed in the plaster machine and the prepared mortar should be applied by spraying. In manual applications, the mixture should be made in accordance with the mixing times specified with a low-speed mixer, it should be leveled by applying to the surface with a steel trowel. Application thickness should be between 15 mm and 20 mm. One day after the application, depending on the climate conditions, the surface is irrigated twice in the shade, morning and evening, for at least 3 days.

No foreign material should be added into the mortar, each bag should be used as a whole and attention should be paid to the specified water ratios. Plaster net should be used at different material joints and points where movement is thought to be possible. All tools used after the application should be washed with water before they dry. The specified times are valid for 20 ° C surface and ambient temperature, the time is longer at low temperature and shorter at high temperature.

+5C above 35C. Avoid application in very humid and / or hot weather. Avoid application under strong wind and direct sunlight. It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or under the risk of rain or frost within 24 hours.


PACKING:

It is prepared in a kraft bag of 16 kg, in shrink wrapped pallets.


CONSUMPTION:

4.5 - 5 kg / m2 for 1 cm plaster thickness2


APPLICATION TOOLS:

Plaster machine, low speed mixer, gauge, steel trowel.


APPLICATION LIMIT ;

It should not be applied directly on metal, wood or wooden surfaces. It is not applied on plaster surfaces. It cannot be applied on old painted surfaces, ready-to-color plaster, non-solid old plastered or insulation panel surfaces.


STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE:

It should be stored in its unopened original package in a cool and dry environment. It should not be left under direct sunlight. Shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.


SECURITY PRECAUTIONS:

During the application, clothes, protective gloves, goggles and masks suitable for work and worker health should be used. Due to the irritating effects of cured material, in case of contact with skin and eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. Food and beverage materials should not be allowed in the application areas. It should be stored in places out of the reach of children.
