USAGE AREAS:

On interior and exterior facades; brick, concrete, briquette, aerated concrete, etc. It is used as an insulation plaster on surfaces.
It contributes to sound and heat insulation on the applied surfaces.

ADVANTAGES:

  • High thermal insulation (T1) and sound insulation
  • A1 class incombustibility
  • 2-3 times lighter than conventional plasters
  • Its lightness helps buildings to be earthquake resistant.
  • Practical and fast application opportunity
  • Suitable for hand and machine applications

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

The application surface must be clean, free from dust and oil, solid and moist. Before application
The surface must be moistened, and saturated with water in very hot and windy weather. Crack before application
and the holes must be repaired. The surface should be smooth. Glossy surfaces such as exposed concrete and water
Highly absorbent surfaces should be primed with PRIMER at least 24 hours before application.

An average of 9-10.5 liters of water is added to a 13 kg bag of Insulated Filler Plaster and in the plaster machine
should be mixed and the prepared mortar should be applied by spraying. Considering the specified water rates; of water
should not be added all at once, but should be adjusted according to the consistency of the mortar. In manual applications, the mixture is low
It should be done in accordance with the mixing times specified with a rotating mixer, applied to the surface with a steel trowel.
must be mastered. Application thickness should be between 10 mm and 30 mm in one coat. Second floor first floor
It is applied with a maximum thickness of 30 mm after hardening (at least 2 days later). When it is hard enough
depending on the glaze. One day after the application, the surface should be at least 3 days depending on the climatic conditions.
It is watered twice in the shade, in the morning and in the evening.

No foreign material should be added into the mortar, each bag should be used as a whole and the specified water
should be paid to the proportions. It should not be used by mixing with products that have expired. Different material
Plaster mesh should be used at the joints and points where movement is thought to be possible. Application
All tools used afterwards should be washed with water before they dry. Times stated at 20 ° C substrate and ambient
temperature, the time extends at low temperatures and decreases at high temperatures. Given in the Technical Data Sheet
application conditions must be followed. Otherwise, the final product performance of the product depends on the application methods and
may be affected by environmental conditions.

It should not be applied below + 5oC and above 35oC. Application in very humid and / or very hot weather
should be avoided. Avoid application under strong wind and direct sunlight.
It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or have the risk of frost within 24 hours.
