It does not carry or harbor disease. It does not cause any problems in terms of salt and alkalinity due to the low level of soluble ions. With its neutral (pH = 6.5-7.5) and low chemical buffering, it easily regulates the pH of the environment.
\nIt does not show any of the features such as ponding, swelling, crust formation, poor drainage, cracking.<\/p>\n
Thanks to its total porosity above 90% and ventilation porosity of around 60%, it provides aeration of the soil, regulates its drainage, increases infiltration, and reduces evaporation. Since it is inorganic, it does not carry weed seeds and diseases.<\/p>\n
